Delivery & Returns

All orders to the UK will take between 7-12 days to arrive from the date you make the purchase. All packages will be sent by Royal Mail and the tracking number can be sent to you upon request. Once the package is with Royal Mail, Dressed by B is no longer responsible for it so please make sure to put the correct details on your order. Please also allow an extra day if your order is over a weekend. There is no post on Sundays.  

To ensure you get your order in time for an event please add to the notes box the date you need it delivered by. 

Express Delivery- An option agreed via email or DM if you need an order quicker than 7 days.

UK Delivery standard Cost: £3.99
EU Delivery Cost: £11

Orders to the EU & ROW may take up to 16 days to arrive.

Dressed By B does not accept returns. We do accept exchanges for size. We also offer free alterations. 

Product Care

All Swimwear/ Bikinis are made from high quality Lycra. Digitally printed Lycra will need to be hand washed or washed at a low temperature to avoid colour running.

Please note- Poolside wear with Jewels, Diamantes, Buckles, etc cannot be washed and
can be damaged when in contact with water. If you want to wash the item, please
do so by hand and only wash the fabric not the jewels/ accessory attached.

If you choose to wear these in water this be at your own discretion. We will not be held responsible if you choose to ignore our recommendations. Some Jewels may seem fine when exposed to water but over time may deteriorate.

Orders & Cancellations
Please note- once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it. 
Dressedbyb is a  made-to-order business so fabric and supplies are ordered immediately, ready to create your Piece. Please note delays with Courier services are something we have no control over. We understand it can be frustrating and  if Parcels are delayed, we cannot be held responsible for this and cannot offer refunds unless the courier service have said the Parcel is missing. If it has gone missing, we will send you a full refund within 28 days.

If there is a problem with your order,  please make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving it. If you have had the order for more than 7 days we wont be able to resolve this for you as we have limited time to make orders. The customer must return their order within 14 days of it being delivered. 

Covid-19 & Strikes:
Please be aware of delays with Royal Mail due to Covid-19. Certain areas will be affected more than others.  STRIKES: During the weeks of Royal Mail Strikes, please allow an extra couple of days on top of the normal delivery time to receive your Parcel.  We will be using alternative courier services who provide a ‘next day delivery’ service, which cost us more than what we are charging our customers. If your Parcel does not arrive on the date it was supposed to, we cannot be held responsible for this.
